WHY RIBA CAYA?
'Riba Caya' (on the street) because that is where
you will find most skaters due to there not being an
adequate skate park on Aruba.
It has been like this forever and instead of complaining, we decided to act on it. And that's how Aruba's first skateboarding school 'Riba Caya' became a reality on April 19th 2021.
We aim to grow the skate community. Get everybody from young to old back on the board they have ‘lying around in the garage’ and give new ‘blood’ the opportunity to advance their skating game fast.Â
Together we will get to the point where Aruba’s skaters can’t be ignored any longer. With our final goal being: realizing a skate park. A safe place for skaters of all ages & levels to advance, hang out with their peers and share the joy of skating!

PRIVATE LESSONS
Take some private lessons to get you going!
Learning some basics like; pushing, riding and stepping off safely is the first step. But certainly not the only thing you will take away from this lesson.
No board, no problem. Borrowing a skateboard and protective gear for your lesson is possible at no extra cost.

GROUP LESSONS

Enroll in our group lessons.
Monday-Thursday & Saturdays
4-5pm or 5-6pm.

Feel free to stay a while after your lesson has ended and skate some more.

Afl.85,- p.p. per month for 1 time a week,
Afl.150,- 2 times per week,
Afl.200,- 3 times per week.

SKATE CAMP
Aruba's first-ever skate camp kicked off on August 2nd 2021.
It ROCKED and future camps will be announced on our social media pages.
​
Skate camp is all about skating, all ages and levels are welcome. Learn the basics and advance fast or come and 'up your game'. Skate lessons, free-skate time, trick practices, board knowledge & care and skatepark etiquette are among the things all skaters will experience during this week.
​
Skate camp runs monday-friday mornings from 8.30-12.00.
Cost for the week Afl.225,- (including skateboard and gear if you do not have your own).
